Data Deletion Instructions

These Data Deletion Instructions explain how you can request deletion of your RYZCOM account and associated personal data, including data processed in connection with our integrations with Facebook, Instagram and other Third-Party Platforms.

RYZCOM is operated by XGC LLP trading as RYZCOM (“RYZCOM”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you wish to delete your data, you can submit a request using one of the methods below. We will handle all requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

1. Request deletion from inside your RYZCOM account

If you have access to your RYZCOM workspace, the fastest way to request deletion is from within the product:

  • Log in to your RYZCOM account.
  • Open the “Support” tab.
  • Create a new request with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
  • In the message, clearly state that you wish to delete your account and all associated data, and include the email address linked to your RYZCOM account.

2. Request deletion via support chat on our website

If you cannot access your RYZCOM account, you can submit a deletion request through our website:

  • Visit https://ryzcom.com.
  • Open the support chat widget.
  • Send us a message with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
  • Include the email address associated with your RYZCOM account and any relevant details that help us identify your account.

3. Request deletion by email

You may also request deletion by contacting us by email using the details below:

Please use the subject line “Data deletion request” and provide the email address linked to your RYZCOM account so that we can locate your data.

4. What happens after we receive your request

After we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity or ask for additional information to confirm ownership of the account. Once verified, we will:

  • schedule deletion or anonymisation of your personal data from our active systems;
  • remove or invalidate access tokens and configuration related to connected Third-Party Platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram), where applicable;
  • retain only the minimum data necessary where we are legally required to do so (for example, for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes).

RYZCOM does not store your Facebook, Instagram or other Third-Party Platform passwords. We only store the minimum technical information (such as access tokens and identifiers) required to provide the Service, and such information is removed or invalidated as part of the deletion process described above.
